Last updated 2026-10-21

This policy explains how Marc Donaldson (the agency behind test-elliot.marcdonaldson.com) handles personal information when you use the website or contact us.

Who we are

Marc Donaldson is a property agency based in Dolores, Alicante. You can email marc@marcdonaldson.com or call 627191675.

What we collect

• Information you give us through enquiry and viewing forms: your name, contact details and what you are looking for.

• Newsletter sign-ups, including a record of your consent when you subscribe.

• Technical information the site needs to serve you, such as your language preference.

How we use it

We use this information to answer your enquiries, arrange viewings, send property updates you asked for, and keep the site working and secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share details only where needed to handle your enquiry — for example with the owner of a property you ask about, or with service providers who help run our website and email — and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to help you and meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent (for example, by unsubscribing from emails). Contact us and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date shows when it last changed.
