Privacy policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This policy explains how Marc Donaldson, the agency behind test-elliot.marcdonaldson.com, handles your personal information when you use our website or get in touch with us.

Who we are

Marc Donaldson is a property agency based in Dolores, Alicante. You can email us at marc@marcdonaldson.com or call 627191675.

What we collect

• Details you give us through our enquiry and viewing forms: your name, your contact details and what you are looking for.

• Your newsletter sign-up details, including a record of when you gave consent to receive emails.

• Technical information the site needs in order to work for you, such as your language preference.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your enquiries, arrange viewings, send you the property updates you asked for, and keep the site working and secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share your details only where it is needed to deal with your enquiry — for example, with the owner of a property you have asked about, or with service providers who help us run our website and email — and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to help you and to meet our legal obligations, then we delete or anonymise them. We keep newsletter records until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent (for example, by unsubscribing from our emails). Contact us and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
